Founded in 2000 Stroll Resourcing provide financial services and utilities clients with access to experienced project, programme and change management personnel.
Our success has been based upon creating value to both our clients and our candidate base.
Clearly we believe in setting ourselves ambitious targets and this is no exception but to do this we recognize that we must be the best in our chosen markets and this is something that constantly challenges our thinking and drives our business forward.
We created our company for two key reasons;
Firstly because we wanted to create the sort of company where people would want to come to work everyday and deliver outstanding resourcing solutions to our clients and candidates.
Secondly, our experience as both clients buying resourcing solutions and as candidates utilising the services of so called agencies, was frustrating. The agencies didn't meet our expectations in either situation! Our vision then was and still is to offer clients the full range of resourcing services developed in such a way as to alleviate these problems wherever possible and deliver results quickly whilst taking risk-sharing to a new level.
Ultimately, we know that our future success is based purely on our ability to create value to both our clients and our candidates.
